SHAPE Community Center Ambassador Program
Peaceful Planet partnered with Sherra Aguirre, Author, Activist to provide this unique 6 week program to empower individuals to bring self care and holistic wellness into their lives. The weekly sessions consisted of nutritional talks, hands-on gardening sessions, cooking demos, mindfulness sessions and inspiring videos.
