Apple Pie Overnight Oats
APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS Recipe courtesy of JT
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup rolled oats (use thick or old-fashioned oats for best results)
• 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 apple of your choice
• 1 ripe banana
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 /2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp raisins
• 1 tbsp of chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place 1 cup of rolled oats in a glass container with lid
2. Add the blueberries, chopped apple, cinnamon, pumpkin spice. Mix the ingredients well and and place in the fridge overnight.

3. Next morning before serving, you can add the chopped bananas, chopped walnuts and raisins. However, if you prefer you can add all the ingredients into the bowl, the night before.
4. Eat chilled or on a cold morning, heat in the microwave for 60 to 70 seconds and enjoy.
