Plant based potluck at Lifestyle Docs clinic hosted by Plant Pure Houston. Guest speaker, Karoline Mueller, will give a talk over the “Environmental Impact of Food Choices.” Bring your own plant based dish! Try to make it whole food plant based, little or no oil, sugar, and salt.
